A £100 non-refundable deposit is required on booking for weekly rentals (£100 Pound per week booked) and £300 for monthly rentals.
No more than 4 people should reside in the apartment without prior arrangements with us,each extra person Will be charged £50 per week.
The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 am on the morning of departure,for the apartment to be cleaned for the next clients arriving,unless late departure is authorized by us and will be charged at the daily rate for that week.
The apartment may not be available on your arrival untill 13:00 hours.
The full balance is due Eight full weeks before arrival date.
We do make a a £100 Key/Damage deposit, which is fully refundable upon the returning of the keys,And as long as there is no damage in apartment.This is normally within 7 days,depending on how soon you post the keys back to me.
Rates are based on a minimum rental period of seven days and no more than four people should reside in the apartment during the rental period ( unless special arrangements are agreed before hand).
Please report any instances of breakages immediately.
Needless to say there is no liability for travel cancellation and delays, theft, damage, personal injury or loss of any kind on the part of the apartment owner.
All clients must, as a booking condition, have arranged their own comprehensive travel insurance, to include full cancellation cover, full sickness and health cover and all other insurances in advance prior to departure, and for all the parties personal belongings, third party and public liability etc. since this is not covered by the owners or the Apartment.
In addition we also require that
A NAMED RESPONSIBLE ADULT OVER THE AGE OF 21
MUST BE STATED ON THE BOOKING FORM:
It must be noted, and is a condition of the booking, that all clients
are deemed to have accepted the above terms and conditions and shall take
full responsibility for there own well-being, health and safety at all
times and the Named Responsible Adult shall accept all liabilities for
any and all losses, damages or injuries to themselves or any other third
parties.
Unless previously agreed, booking weeks run from Saturday to Saturday with checkout time set for 10:00 hrs and arrival atr 13:00 hrs, these times can be flexible but by special prior arrangement only.
Apartment rental includes electricity, bed linen tea towels, Change-over days are Saturday to Saturday unless by prior arrangement with us.
We do not arrange flights, DO NOT FORGET YOUR PASSPORT
Facilities in the self catering apartment in Spain that will be provided include :
Hot and Cold Air Conditioning
Fully fitted kitchen
consisting of Ceramic Hob and oven, Extractor hood. Large Fridge Freezer,
Washing machine, Microwave, electric kettle toaster, Ironing board, iron
and vacuum cleaner
Lounge diner, and dining table will seat four, twin sofas. TV and DVD
player with approx 100 films, radio cassette cd player,patio doors leading
to covered terrace with patio furniture.
Master bedroom, double bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and large built in double wardrobe, single patio door leading to Terrace with security blind. Fully fitted en-suite bathroom with bidet and shower.
Twin Bedroom, twin beds, wardrobe bedside cabinet and drawer, Separate shower room with toilet.
